An Act relating to the Oklahoma State University 
Medical Authority; amending 63 O.S. 2011, Section 
3285, which relates to annual report; adding 
recipients; and providing an effective date . 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     AMENDATORY     63 O.S. 2011, Secti on 3285, is 
amended to read as follows: 
Section 3285. The Oklahoma State University Medical Authority 
shall submit an annual report to the Governor, the President Pro 
Tempore of the Senate and, the Speaker of the House of 
Representatives, the chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee 
and the chair of the House Appropriations and Budget Committee .  
Such report shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements 
for financial statement audits in Section 212A of Title 74 of the 
Oklahoma Statutes, and sh all include an account of the operations 
and actions of the Authority and an accounting of all revenue

received and disbursed by the Authority for the previous fiscal 
year.  The report shall include an accounting of expenses related to 
each of the followin g: 
1.  Education and training of students of the Oklahoma State 
University, resident physicians and others; 
2.  Care and treatment of patients for whom the Authority 
receives any form of state or federal reimbursement; and 
3.  Research. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
