AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to electric public utilities;
repealing 11 O.S. 2021, Section 21 -222, which relates
to moratorium on municipal condemnation proceedings;
and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 11 O.S. 2021, Section 21-222, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2022.
