AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to public health and safety;
repealing 63 O.S. 2011, Sections 1-1002.1, 1-1002.2,
1-1002.3 and 1-1002.4, which relate to retailers of
bunk beds; and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2011, Sections 1-1002.1, 1-
1002.2, 1-1002.3 and 1-1002.4, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
