AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to natural gas; recodifying 83 O.S.
2021, Section 119 as Section 153 of Title 40 of the
Oklahoma Statutes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. RECODIFICATION 83 O.S. 2021, Section 119,
shall be recodified as Section 153 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma
Statutes, unless there is created a duplication in numbering.
