BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 34.701 of Title 62, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: All infrastructure or construction projects in this state that are visible to the public and that are funded partially or fully by the Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding shall have signage displayed in a prominently visible location at the project site. It is the intent of the Legislature that such signage reference the COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Initiative , the Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding, and the year completed. The Office of Management and Enterprise S ervices shall be authorized to implement the provisions of this section. The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department shall oversee the design and pla cement of any such signage on each project. SECTION 2. This act shall becom e effective November 1, 2022. ENGR. S. B.
