An Act relating to recovery of Medicaid payments;
repealing Section 2, Chapter 14, 1 st Extraordinary
Session, O.S.L. 2013 (12 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
994.2), which relates to recovery of Medicaid
payments by Oklahoma Health Care Authority; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE S TATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 2, Chapter 14, 1 st
Extraordinary Session, O.S.L. 2013 (12 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
994.2), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 1.
