SENATE BILL NO. 293 By: Simpson
An Act relating to recovery of Medicaid paym ents;
repealing Section 2, Chapter 14, 1 st Extraordinary
Session, O.S.L. 2013 (12 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
994.2), which relates to recovery of Medicaid
payments by Oklahoma Health Care Authority ; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 2, Chapter 14, 1st
Extraordinary Session, O.S.L. 2013 (12 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section
994.2), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
