BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3170 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction to undergo any unwanted medical procedure including, but not limited to, an immunization, to use any unwanted medical device or to wear any face covering. A person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to an employer, unless such employer is a state entity or political subdivision. As used in this section, “political Req. SECTION 2.
