SENATE BILL NO. 547 By: Howard
An Act relating to commercial pet breeders; repealing
Section 11, Chapter 302, O.S.L. 2012 (4 O.S. Supp.
2020, Section 30.11), which relates to annual breeder
facility reports; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER Section 11, Chapter 302, O.S.L. 2012
(4 O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 30.11), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act sh all take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
