BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new sectio n of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-502.5 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no state e ntity or political subdivision of this state shall, through direct or indirect means, compel or coerce any person under its jurisdiction to receive any immunization. No person shall be punished through any means including, but not limited to, a monetary f ine for such person’s refusal to receive any immuni zation. Additionally, no state entity or political subdivision , or employee or agent thereof, shall inquire into a person ’s immunization status or disclose any details of the person’s immunization status to any person or entity. SECTION 2.
