SENATE BILL NO. 784 By: Bullard
An Act relating to law enforcement training; amending
70 O.S. 2011, Section 3311.12, which relates to law
enforcement youth camps; modifying allowable
programs; authorizing certain rule making; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2011, Section 3311.12, is
amended to read as follows:
Section 3311.12. The Council on Law Enforcement Education and
Training (CLEET) is authorized to establish and host law enforcement
youth camps at the C LEET statewide training facility develop a
statewide law enforcement and public safety youth program designed
for high school students. CLEET is authorized to promulgate rules
to effectuate the provi sions of this section.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
