SENATE BILL NO. 83 By: Hall of the Senate

Kannady of the House
An Act relating to the Oklahoma Fuel Alcohol Ac t;
repealing 2 O.S. 2011, Sections 11 -20 through 11-27,
which relate to the short title, permit requirement,
fees and rules, application for permit, revocation of
permit, list of registered alcohol produc ers,
violations, penalties, rules and inspections; and
providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 2 O.S. 2011, Sections 11-20 through
11-27, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.
