BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3106.6 of Title 74, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Notwithstanding any other p rovision of law, no state entity or political subdivision of this state shall deny government services or entrance into government buildings to any person based solely on: 1. The wearing of a mask or face covering; or 2. The vaccination or immunity status of the person . As used in this section, “political subdivision” means a county, city, town, school district or other local governmental or public entity located within this state . Req.
