Oklahoma Revenue and Taxation Reform Act of 2023;
providing for noncodification; an d providing an

BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STA TE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not t o be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may b e cited as the "Oklahoma
Revenue and Taxation Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023 .
