An Act relating to children; enacting the Children
and Juvenile Code Reform Act of 2023; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PE OPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as th e "Children and
Juvenile Code Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall be come effective November 1, 2023.
