AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to revenue and taxation; enacting the
Ad Valorem Taxation of Heavy Equipment and Farm
Machinery Policy Act of 2023; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effecti ve date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Ad Valorem
Taxation of Heavy Equipment and Farm Machinery Policy Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
