AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to civil procedure; creating the
Oklahoma Civil Procedure Reform Act of 2023;
providing for noncodification; and provid ing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAH OMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited a s the "Oklahoma Civil
Procedure Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023 .
