An Act relating to censorship; enacting the Oklahoma
Censorship Policy Act of 20 23; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Censorship Policy Act of 2023"
SECTION 2. This act shall become effecti ve November 1, 2023.
