An Act relating to public health and safety;
repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-523, which relates
to prevention and cont rol of disease; and providing
an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-523, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall becom e effective November 1, 2023.
