An Act relating to alcoholic beverages; amendi ng 37A 
O.S. 2021, Section 6-102.1, which relates to tasting 
flights; providing for mixed beverage and cocktail 
tasting flights; and providing an effective da te. 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.    AMENDATORY    37A O.S. 2021, Sectio n 6-102.1, is 
amended to read as follows: 
Section 6-102.1 Notwithstanding Section 6-102 of Title 37A of 
the Oklahoma Statutes this title, which limits a licensee to serving 
not more than two drinks to one person at o ne time, however a 
licensee may serve a nd deliver tasting flights as follows:. 
For purposes of this section, a "tasting flight" means several 
samples of various beers, wines or, spirits, mixed beverages, or 
cocktails, as defined in Section 7-102 of this title, served at one 
time to one person b y the licensee who is authorized to sell and 
serve beer, wine or spirits ; provided, the serving is within the 
size limitations stated below:

1.  A beer tasting flight shall be not more than four separate 
individual beers of not more than five (5) ounces ea ch, served 
together at one time; 
2. A wine tasting flight shall be not more than four separate 
individual wines of not more than one and one-half (1.5) ounces 
each, served together at one time; and 
3.  A spirit tasting flight shall be not more than four s eparate 
individual spirits of not more than a half one-half (0.5) ounce 
each, served together at one time; and 
4.  A mixed beverage or cocktail tasting flight shall be not 
more than four separate individual mixed beverages or cocktails 
consisting of not mo re than five (5) ounces of beer, one and one-
half (1.5) ounces of wine, or one-half (0.5) ounce of spirits, to be 
combined with an unlimited amou nt of ingredients that are 
nonalcoholic in nature, served together at on e time. 
A tasting flight shall not be free samples, but shall be 
considered a single drink. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
