An Act relating to cities and towns; repealing 11
O.S. 2021, Section 22-110.1, which relates to the
prohibition of municipalities from requiring
registration of real property; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPL E OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 11 O.S. 2021, Section 22-110.1, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
