An Act relating to motorcycles; defining term; 
requiring law enforcement agencies to ado pt policy, 
review training and address issues p ertaining to 
motorcycle profiling ; providing for codification; and 
providing an effective date . 
 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A n ew section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 15-133 of Title 47, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
For the purpose of this section, "motorcycle profiling " means 
the discriminatory use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle 
or wears motorcycle-related paraphernalia as a factor in deciding to 
stop and question, take enforcement action, arrest , or search a 
person or vehicle with or without a legal basis under the United 
States Constitution or the Oklahoma State Constitution. 
Every law enforcemen t agency in this state shall be required to: 
1.  Adopt a written policy designed to condemn and prevent 
motorcycle profiling; and

2.  Review and audit their existing procedures, practices, and 
training. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 20 23.
