An Act relating to public health and safety; creating
the Scope of Practice for Doctor of Nursing Practice
Reform Act of 2023; providing for noncodification;
and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Scope of
Practice for Doctor of Nursing Practice Reform Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2023.
