AS INTRODUCED
A Joint Resolution relating to revenue and taxation;
enacting the Oklahoma Tax St ructure Amendments Act of
2023; providing for noncodification; and providing an
effective date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R ESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
OF THE 1ST SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Oklahoma Tax
Structure Amendments Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
