WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308.3 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Legislature shall have a joint resolution prepared for consideration each session. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B Y THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE 1ST SESSION OF TH E 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE: SECTION 1. All proposed permanent rules of Oklahoma state agencies not declared invalid by the Oklahoma Attorney General and filed on or before April 1, 2023, are hereby approved , except for: 1. Oklahoma Department of Agriculture , Food, and Forestry, OAC 35:20-3-9, 35:20-3-12, 35:37-19-2, 35:37-19-3 and 35:37-19-6; 2.
