BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1 -106.2, is amended to read as follows: Section 1-106.2 A. By January 1, 1999, the The State Board of Health shall promulgate maintain rules necessary to develop for a uniform application wh ich shall be used in the cr edentialing process of health care providers. The State Depa rtment of Health shall develop maintain such application form for: 1. Recredentialing or reappointment in a hospital, managed care organization, or other entity requiring credentials verification. B. Any entity requiring credentials verification may require supplemental information. C. Notwithstanding any other p rovision in this section, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority , as the single state agency for Medicaid, shall establish and maintain for providers of Medicaid services: 1. A streamlined provider enroll ment and credentialing process for any Medicaid fee-for-service delivery system; and 2. A single consolidated provider enrollment and credentialing process for a managed care delivery system in accordance with subsection D of Section 4002.4 of Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes and 42 C.F.R., Section 438.214.
