AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to public health and safety;
repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-850, 1-851, 1-
851.1, 1-851.2, and 1-851.3, which relate to the
Long-term Care Certificate of Need Act; and provi ding
an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-850, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-851, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-851.1, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-851.2, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-851.3, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
