AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to public health and safety;
repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1-880.2, 1-
880.3, 1-880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, as amended by
Section 1, Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp.
2022, Section 1-880.6), 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9, 1-
880.10, 1-880.11, and 1-880.12, which relate to the
Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Facil ity
Certificate of Need Act ; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEO PLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.1, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.2, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.3, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.4, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.5, is
hereby repealed.

SECTION 6. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.6, as
amended by Section 1, Chapter 98, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp. 2022,
Section 1-880.6), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 7. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.7, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 8. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.8, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 9. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.9, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 10. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.10, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 11. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.11, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 12. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-880.12, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 13. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
