HOUSE BILL 2238 By: Ford
AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to public health and safety;
repealing 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-229.35, as amended
by Section 1, Chapter 95, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp.
2022, Section 1-229.35), which relates to vapor
product reporting; providing an effective date; and
declaring an emergency .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Section 1-229.35, as
amended by Section 1, Chapter 95, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp. 2022,
Section 1-229.35), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.
SECTION 3. It being immediately nec essary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
