AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to public retirement system s;
enacting the Oklahoma P ension Systems Benefit
Adjustment Authorization Act of 2023; providi ng for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Pension Systems Benefit Adjustment Authorization Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
