An Act relating to certificate of needs; repealing 63
O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1-880.2, 1-880.3, 1-
880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-880.9,
1-880.10, 1-880.11, and 1-880.12, which relate to
certificate of need for psychi atric and chemical
dependency facilities; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1-
880.2, 1-880.3, 1-880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1-
880.9, 1-880.10, 1-880.11, and 1-880.12, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2024.
