Page 1, line 14, delete after the third comma “,” and before the word “are”, the words “and 1 - 880.12,” AMENDMENT NO. 3. Page 1, line 14 1/2, insert a new Section 2 to read: “SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for th e preservation of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, by reason whereof this resolution shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and approval.” and amend the title to conform ENGR. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. REPEALER 63 O.S. 2021, Sections 1-880.1, 1- 880.2, 1-880.3, 1-880.4, 1-880.5, 1-880.6, 1-880.7, 1-880.8, 1- 880.9, 1-880.10, 1-880.11, and 1-880.12, are hereby repealed.
