An Act relating to alcoholic beverages; enacting the
Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverages Act of 2023; providing
for noncodification; an d providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may b e cited as the "Oklahoma
Alcoholic Beverages Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
