An Act relating to emergency transportation; creating
the Air Ambulance Transportation Act of 2023 ;
providing for noncodification; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes rea ds as follows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Air Ambulance
Transportation Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
