[ Oklahoma Health Care Authority – policy –
requirements – methods – codification - effective
date ]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1011.16 of Title 56, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, rea ds as follows:
A. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority in its annual budget
report filed with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services
shall include a line item reflecting the new s tate and federal
funding necessary to meet the additional costs as sociated with
reimbursing nursing facilities and intermediate care fac ilities for
individuals with intellectual disabilities at the most recent
audited cost.
B. Audited cost shall be calculated by using the latest cost
report submitted to the Oklahoma He alth Care Authority.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
