AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to small business; enact ing the
Oklahoma Small Business Development Act of 2024 ;
providing for noncodification; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PE OPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cit ed as the "Oklahoma Small
Business Development Act of 2024".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
