AS INTRODUCED 
 
An Act relating to professions and occupations; 
requiring certain licensing boards to utilize certain 
web-based platform for appl ication and renewal of 
professional licenses; requiring Service Oklahoma to 
select and host platform; directing execution of 
certain interagency agreements; providing ce rtain 
construction; authorizing promulgation of rules; 
providing for codification; and providing an 
effective date. 
 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 6021 of Title 59, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
A.  All licensing boards of this state that license health care 
providers or behavioral health providers including, but not limited 
to, the following shall utilize the web-based platform described in 
subsection B of this section for application and renewal of 
professional licenses : 
1.  The Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners; 
2.  The Board of Chiropractic Examiners ;

3.  The Board of Dentistry; 
4.  The State Board of Pharmacy; 
5.  The State Board of Medical L icensure and Supervision; 
6.  The Oklahoma Board of Nursing; 
7.  The Board of Examiners in Optometry ; 
8.  The State Board of Osteopathic Examiner s; 
9.  The State Board of Examiner s of Psychologists; 
10.  The Board of Examiners for Speech -Language Pathology and 
Audiology; 
11.  The Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor s; 
and 
12.  The State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure . 
B.  Service Oklahoma shall select the singular web -based 
platform for licensing of health care providers and behavioral 
health providers in accordance with the Oklahoma Central Purchasing 
Act and shall host the platform on its website. 
C.  Service Oklahoma and a ll licensing boards of this state that 
license health care providers or behavioral health providers 
including, but not limited to, those listed in subsection A of this 
section shall enter into interagency agreements to implement the 
provisions of this section. 
D.  Nothing in this section shall be construed to: 
1.  Remove, abrogate, reduce, or otherwise affect any power or 
duty of a licensing board to establish or enforce licensure

qualifications, examination requirements , or disciplinary standards 
or procedures, or to exercise any other power or duty of the 
licensing board provided by law ; or 
2.  Confer to Service Oklahoma any power or duty of a licensing 
board provided by law including, but not limited to, those described 
in paragraph 1 of this section.  The sole function of Service 
Oklahoma under this section shall be to select and host the web -
based platform as provided by subsection B of this section. 
E.  The Executive Director of Service Oklahoma and all licensing 
boards covered under this section may promulgate rules as necessary 
to implement the provisions of this section.

following shall utilize the web-based platform described in 
subsection B of this section for application and renewal of 
professional licenses : 
1.  The Oklahoma Accountancy Board; 
2.  The Board of Governors of the Licensed Arch itects, Landscape 
Architects and Registered Commercial Interior Designers of Oklahom a; 
3.  The State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering; 
4.  The Oklahoma Funeral Board ;

5.  The State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and 
Land Surveyors; 
6.  The State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners; 
7.  The Oklahoma Real Estate Commission; 
8.  The Real Estate Appraiser Board; 
9.  The Construction Industries Board ; 
10.  The Oklahoma Uniform Building Cod e Commission; 
11.  The Oklahoma Inspector Examiners Committ ee; and 
12.  The Alarm, Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Committee . 
B.  Service Oklahoma shall select the singular web -based 
platform for licensing of professional occupations in accordance 
with the Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act and shall host the p latform 
on its website. 
C.  Service Oklahoma and a ll licensing boards of this state 
providing licensing for professional occupations including, but not 
limited to, those listed in subsection A of t his section shall enter 
into interagency agreements to implement the provisions of this 
section. 
D.  Nothing in this section shall be construed to:

qualifications, examination requirements , or disciplinary standards 
or procedures, or to exercise any other power or duty of the
