BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.    NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codifie d 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 261 of Title 56, unless there is 
created a duplication in numbe ring, reads as follows: 
A.  The Department of Human Services shall develop and implement 
a universal electronic eligibility and enrollment application for 
the following family support programs: 
1.  Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF ); 
2.  Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP); 
3.  Medicaid; and 
4.  Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, 
and Children (WIC).

B.  At a minimum, the application shall: 
1.  Be user-friendly and available in multip le languages; 
2.  Enable applicants to complete and electronically submit 
applications; and 
3.  Allow for the secure transmission of data among relevant 
agencies for eligibility and enrollment in the programs provided for 
in subsection A of this section. 
C.  The agencies responsibl e for administering the programs 
provided for in subsection A of th is section shall collaborate to 
establish protocols and systems for sharing information securely and 
efficiently between agencies while maintaining privacy and 
confidentiality. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
