AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to statutes and reports; requiring
re-naming of existing title of the Ok lahoma Statutes;
designating name of existing title; directing
publisher to reflect modification of name in
electronic and other products; providing for
codification; providing an effective date; and
declaring an emergency .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new s ection of law to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 193 of Title 75, unless there is
created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
Thomson-Reuters or West Publishing Company shall rename the
existing Title 3 of the Oklahoma Statutes a s "Aerospace, Aircraft
and Aviation Infrastructure ". The renaming shall be reflected in
all versions of the O klahoma Statutes and Supplement Volumes or
other publications produced by Thoms on-Reuters related to the
Oklahoma Statutes.

SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.
SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by re ason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
