BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 339.9 of Title 19, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: Counties that partic ipate in a multi-county library system may, by two-thirds (2/3) vote of all participating county commissioner boards, adopt the following procedure: A. Counties participating in multi-county library systems may request an accounting of the library system's overall budget and estimate of needs. If adopted, each county s hall also adopt one of the following: 1. The presentation of the accounting or estimate of needs shall be given at a location agreed upon by all chairmen of the participating county boards, or 2. The individual county board of c ommissioners with the largest funding contribution to the multi -county library system budget shall host the presentation of the accounting or estimate of needs.
