BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified 
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 4 -301 of Title 29, unless there 
is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 
A.  The Director of Wil dlife Conservation or an agent of the 
Director may provide a resident and nonresident five -day paper 
hunting license for upland winged game, excluding wild turkeys, to 
licensed commercial hunt area. 
B.  The five-day paper license issued pursuant to this se ction 
shall only be valid for hunting upland winged game, excluding wild 
turkey, at a licensed commercial hunt area only. 
C.  The fees for a five -day paper license issued pursuant to 
this section shall be: 
1.  For residents, Five Dollars ($5.00);

2.  For nonresidents, Five Dollars ($5.00). 
D.  The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission shall have 
authority to promulgate and enforce rules governing the issuance and 
enforcement of such five -day paper licenses issued pursuant t o this 
section. 
SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
