[ education - public colleges and universities -
credit for courses - guidelines and policies –
codification - effective date ]
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of la w to be codified
in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1210.705 of Title 70, unless
there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
Students who receive a letter grade of B or higher in an
advanced placement course and receive a score of two or higher on
the advanced placement course exam shall receive credit for that
course from all public Oklahoma colleges and universities that
accept concurrent enrollment credits for th at course. Colleges and
universities that accept advanced place ment course credits shall
establish guidelines and policies and make them publicly available.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2024.
