BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 24-100.9 of Title 70, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: The Oklahoma State Department of Educatio n shall develop or acquire and implement a training program designed to help school staff and faculty identify a potential threat and provide an opportunity to intervene and support a student on a path to violence at the school. The training program shall be for staff and faculty at the middle school through high school levels in all Okl ahoma Districts.
