An Act relating to public finance; repealing 73 O.S.
2021, Section 347, which relates to financing
authority for construction of the State Health
Laboratory; and declaring an emergency .
SUBJECT: Repealing authorization for bond issue
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 73 O.S. 2021, Section 347, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act sha ll take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
