An Act relating to the Perform Fund; making an
appropriation; identifying source; establishing
amount; requiring certain amounts be used for certain
purposes; and declaring an emergency.
SUBJECT: Appropriation to the Perform Fund
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Perform Fund
created pursuant to Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1177 of the 1st Session
of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature from any monies not otherwise
appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, the sum of One Hundred Eighty
Million Dollars ($180,000,000.00) to be budgeted and expended in
accordance with law.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, heal th or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereo f this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
