An Act relating to the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services; making an appropriation;
prescribing expenditures; providing an ef fective
date; and declaring an emergency .
SUBJECT: Office of Management and Enterprise Services
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the Office of
Management and Enterpris e Services from any monies not otherwise
appropriated from the Oklahoma Capital Assets Maintenance and
Protection Fund of the State Treasury , the sum of Fifty-six Million
Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($56,250,000.00) or so much
thereof as may be nece ssary to perform the duties imposed upon the
Office of Management and Enterprise Services by law.
SECTION 2. The funds appropriated pursuant to Section 1 of this
act shall be expended pursuant to a plan submitted by the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services not later than May 31, 2024, to
the Chair of the Appropriations Committee of the Oklahoma State
Senate and the Chair of the Appropriations and Budget Committee of
the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2024.

SECTION 4. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect a nd
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
