An Act relating to the Department of Human Services;
directing transfer of funds; authorizing certain
expenditures; providing purpose; an d declaring an
emergency.
SUBJECT: Department of Human Services
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services shall transfer on the effective date of this
act, the sum of Eight Million Eighty -five Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty-four Dollars ($8,085,454.00) of the funds appropriated to the
Oklahoma Department of Commerce pursuant to Section 1 of Enrolled
Senate Bill No. 6 of the 2nd Extraordinary Session o f the 58th
Oklahoma Legislature to the Department of Human Services for
additional funding for the grant program that provides assistance to
food programs which support the availability of and access to
affordable and nutritious foods.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
