SENATE BILL NO. 1243 By: Thompson (Roger) of the
Senate
and
Wallace of the House
An Act relating to the Oklahoma Capitol Improvement
Authority; repealing 73 O.S. 2021, Section 168.9,
which relates to prop erty for public hunting,
fishing, and trapping; and declaring an emergency .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 73 O.S. 2021, Section 168.9, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval .
