SENATE BILL 1287 By: Thompson (Roger)
AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to the Oklahoma Department of
Commerce; transferring an appropriation; and
declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services shall transfer on the effective date of this act
the sum of One Hundred Forty-five Million Dollars ( $145,000,000.00)
of the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce by
Section 1 of Enrolled House Bill No. 1038 of the 1st Extraordinary
Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature to the General Revenue F und
of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
