BILL NO. 1387 By: Thompson (Roger) of the
Senate
and
Wallace of the House
An Act relating to the Military Department of the
State of Oklahoma; requiring transfer of previously
appropriated funds; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. The Director of the Office of Management and
Enterprise Services shall transfer on the effective date of this act
the sum of Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) of the funds
appropriated to the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma by
Section 62 of Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the 1st
Extraordinary
Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature to the General Revenue Fund
of the State Treasury for the fiscal year end ing June 30, 2024.
SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
be in full force from and after i ts passage and approval.
